I am screwed for economics on Friday, but if it's my 5th and only worth 10% and I get say 36 for every other as an average, is it really going to damage my score if I get like a 28-30 for Economics?  Which would equal only 2.8-3.0 points right?

Ok good, so I think it's worth putting time into the others i'll actually do well in rather than working my ass off to score an extra .4 of a point.  Its my second exam i'm going to feel so bad after it feeling like i've failed VCE.. ah well wait until the next 3 =]

That's my opinion on the maths exam tomorrow. It's not going to be in my top 4 so i refuse to stress about it

You can bomb out 2 subjects and still get a high ENTER. But of course, it'll be harder.

In general you shouldn't feel bad about your last two subjects (if you're doing 6) or last subject (if you're doing 5).

If you're aiming for >95 or so, they matter a lot because each point really does count (you're looking at about 0.20 more per study score). If not, then... don't worry about them.

how do you know what you're going to bomb out on. Isn't it forseeable that you could stuff up an exam you think you're going to do well in. For that reason, I would only have one subject to bomb and keep another spare just in case.

Yeh thats a good point. You may get more than one exam where you totally freeze on which could mean that one of your top 4's could be a significantly lower score than the others, thus dramatically decreasing your ENTER. I say MAX 1 subject to take it easy on. I'm doing 7 subjects all together so I will have one score that doesn't even count at all! lol

I've done 7 subjects too... hmm I think my lowest study score might be psychology... or maybe religion and society (so that wont be counted hehe)

Anyways back on topic, i guess you can tell which exam you wont do well on, i dunno i know i do ;D
But sometimes it comes down to luck ... take me and the further exam for example !! oh and maybe methods lol
