i heard that first round offers were based on the a minimum UMAT requirement (low 170's) + 98, and the second round offer is a slightly lower UMAT requirement but same ENTER.

but your TER is quite closer to it so perhaps they also slightly lower the ENTER.. but not sure

to verify,

First round interviews: 93%+ UMAT
Second round interviews: typical case - 99+ and 89%+ (but its calculated on 2:1 ATAR:UMAT ratio)
