Technically the area ill be "forced" to work in, even covers the suburb i live in lol...you guys should look at the map BMP isnt all rural.

yeah exactly, as i said there is a suburb that is 20min away from me.
but perhaps in 15 years when you specialise those areas will all be 'non shortage' anymore.
