Nah, MTH 1055. Next semester is MTH 1085.
I've heard it is the first semester of first year stretched across two semesters.
We use Calculus 6e early transcendentals J.Stewart for the calculus section, and some book of notes written by a lecturer for the linear algebra component of the course.

5 day cram before exam and still did ok, so i would say no. Just get sum1 smart to do a past exam for you preferably the year before one and learn the working out, as 80% of the exam paper is generally repeated just with different numbers and sometimes different alterations to the question.

It is challenging though, I am finding that it takes a bit of thinking, I don't know about the exam yet but so far it has been that the assignments have similar questions.
I sincerely hope that this year will be the same (just need to find time after chem to do the past exams)
Really it is quite fun when you know what to do (most of the stuff is similar to spesh and methods) however I find that I have to self teach it before we learn it in either class.
Toothpaste:
Did you guys want answers? Think I've got some on a hard drive somewhere I could dig up. MUEP that is.
