But it's true XD

That's why VCE Jap sucks =[

(who the hell came up with the idea that 200 Kanji is useful?)

200?!?

Is that all you learn?!??

to noob-it-down even more, it's 150 for writing and 50 for recognition XD

Hence why VCE Japanese is soooooooooooooooooooo shit.

VCAA: "Oh, Kanji is too hard for students. We'll just make them learn the most basic ones like 父 and 母, that's all they'll need" It's pretty easy to see why Australia is a monolingual nation, the curriculum is dumbed down to the max, and year 11/12 LOTE is a waste of time. The most linear and formulaic piece of shit /rant.

@Fyrefly, when you do 5/6 you can laugh at all the VCE non-Chinese kids who can't read Kanji XD

random sidenote: JLPT registration cut offs are coming up realllll soon.

OH!!!
WHEN, WHEN???

I want to try do it before I go over to Japan, then try and do it again when I come back.
Link??

And I won't be doing Jap 5/6... well... I will... but I'll be doing it in Japan.

We learn about 20 kanji a week...

"Applications must be accepted by JSH as of Friday the 27th of August although applications are encouraged to be submitted prior to this date, especially to allow time for incorrectly filled out applications to be returned and re-submitted."

I keep procrastinating filling in the sign up forms ><

btw if you haven't heard, the levels have changed this year. There's now 5 levels, from N1 to N5, N3 being the new level which sits between the old level 2 and 3. I'm going for N2 because I study harder when the chance of failing is epic.

Yeah, I've known about the changes for a while... I think it's better... I don't know whether I should go for N4 or N3 though... I think I could pass N4 quite easily but N3 could still be a little bit out of reach... hmm...
