Chinese in Year 10

Any thoughts/comments on this? Has anyone done it? Would it be a hard subject to undertake in year 10 - I know most do it in year 11 but would it be wise to have a fallback by doing it a year early and again if you didn't get your desired score?

TrueTears:
Your choice, if you feel you are up to it, do it. If not, wait till year 11.

I don't do Chinese at all (well, I'm not Chinese...), but it's not uncommon. A lot of people from my school take it in years 9 or 10, and if they've got a strong background in the language (they speak it at home all the time and have spent some time in China) they usually ace it. I had a friend who scored the top mark in Romanian as a year 10, so I'm sure that you could do well.

ninwa:
polky did that and got a 45 (and later, a 99.95)... definitely possible :P

Is this for you or someone else, because I thought you were in year 12 this year  :buck2:
