If c=0.1M v=0.05L

I put
n(HCl)=CV
        =0.05x0.1

As you can see the values don't correspond but it gives the same result..

Because this is a consequential step, it's probably better if you don't do that
Keep things flowing neatly and make it easy for the markers to correct whatever you're doing imo

Nah it doesnt matter.

Would be better if you did:

n(HCl)=CV
        =0.05L x 0.1M = 0.005mol

Just to show that you know where you are getting the values from

Yeah it probably doesnt matter, but i would do what the watchman said, just to keep things simple.
