Management/Marketing major

Just wondering what sort of careers could be acquired from a management or marketing major from Melb Uni in a commerce degree. I'm always hearing about people majoring in eco, accounting, finance etc but management/marketing majors are largely unheard of. Does the management course just prepare you for jobs like managing stores such as myer and stuff? Not particularily into that.

not so sure about careers tbh. lol...but i'm doing a management major and can sorta give u a bit of info about the pre-reqs for the major

do not do managerial decision analysis at any cost. lol. really bad subjects.

haha...funny...met a girl doing fifth year commerce/arts majoring in management/marketing major today. she's thinking of going into HR nxt year??

so i guess thats one option. haha..sorry for the vagueness.
