Extended Practical Investigation

We have to design, conduct and report on a practical investigation involving motion for our sac.

Requirements:
- Experiment should relate to physics involved in a real world situation
- Test a hypothesis
- Must set and vary at least 2 independent variables and directly measure at least 1 dependent variable
- Limits or constraints: safety, time (4*48 minute periods), equipment available - don't bite off more than you can chew

Does anyone have any ideas on what we can do (in can cover energy, projectiles, anything motion).

Wow, these are really tough conditions. You aren't told what specifically investigate, so you have to spend time in deciding what to do, and only 4 periods >.<.

My brother is doing something like this. His is on parachutes.
I told him height of drop and size of parachute would be two variables(Air drag)

Yeah another of the requirements is a log book containing all ideas and how you came to decide on your final idea. So a part of it is deciding what to do and all. Kinda stuck with what to do but i still got a couple of weeks to decide.
