For AOS2 I am studying Canada as my comparison country. I was just wondering if the two terms were interchangeable or is there a major difference?
Thanks

Bill could be constitutional whereas charter is statutory. I cant recall, so maybe check that. They are two different things if that is the case.

If its called a charter then call it a charter but if its a bill then call it a bill. Thats the safest way.
