where to find practice exams?

(1/1)

Spreadbury:
does anyone have any/ know where to find any history revolutions practice exams besides the ones on the VCAA website?

Hye:
Your school should provide you with some. There is the HTAV one that your school should give you... Otherwise you can purchase them off the HTAV website.

Spreadbury:
is there anywhere else to get exams? my teacher has since told me that VCAA exams prior to 2009 are technically different that the current ones (though he didn't say we couldn't use them) and I doubt my school has HTAV exams to give out...

Greggler:
unfrotunatley revs exams are very rare.

Just do the vcaa ones, although the exam structure is a bit different, the content is very much the same, just presented in a different manner. You could also try asking your teacher for practice essay/extended response questions. or something if you really wanted to.

ben92:
You don't really need practice exams - make your own. Pull out some short answer/doc/graphic/essay questions (we have a booklet full of them for each AoS) and just do those under timed conditions. Try to use the same writing paper you'll be given in the exam, too.
