I'm stuck in question 8d. How do we know/prove that it cannot be possible for V1=V2 for other light intensities?

this is the answer in the worked solutions for the textbook:

"No. Any other light intensity will increase/decrease and hence decrease/increase . Only at one particular value will "

so yea just reasoning, no proof is required.
