err yeah or 2 on first exam, 3 on second.. just 5 overall. due to further's easiness it is very competitive.

Basically, SAC marks don't count for anything.  It's not about the marks, it's the ranking (how well you do in the SACs compared to the rest of your Further Maths cohort) and more importantly, the exam.  I was ranked 20+ in my cohort but nailed both exams to get a 40+ while many people that were ranked above me in the SACs weren't able to achieve a 40.

So don't worry too much about the SACs.  I can tell you that I screwed up two SACs, one worth 20%.  But if you work leading up to the exam and familiarise yourself with it, you'll be fine.  :)

May I ask what school were you from?
Ranked 20+ and still managed to get 40+. >.<  How many people were doing Further Maths?

And what was the study score u get for FM?
It's all over now..

^ mojomojo, you can be ranked 20+ and still get 45+
If you say lost only 4 marks over both exams, and were ranked really poorly at your school that was an average cohort, you'd get ~45, rather than getting say 46-47 in a strong cohort and being high ranked.

yeah, if you drop 4-5 you can still get 45 regardless of your SACs.

Although I'm not doing bad, but I always loose marks on the applications. When I do them on checkpoints and textbook, I'm totally fine with them.. but when it comes to the real SACs, I often make mistakes. :/

definitely.
sacs mean little, lose a few marks on the exam (as i've said so many times) and 45+ is possible regardless of sacs, but your fairly good sac ranking can help if you go to a good school. otherwise, just dominate exam.
