Hey guys,
Is there anyway I can get programs for my calculator?
Perhaps something in Business Maths and Number patterns?
I hate using TVM solver and i'm doing number patterns on my own, any suggestions?
Can you even send me programs via the net  ???

I know for some of the questions you can use the programs "PRCHEAT" which my school uses in methods for probability related questions. There are a few questions I see in further which pop up talking about probabilities, and I feel sorry for all of the other further students who simply are not aware of the PRCHEAT program - unless they also do methods. It allows for you to simply plug the numbers in and get the answer instantly - literally no effort involved. But if you didn't have the program, you might find yourself spending a minute or so on it.

Either way, I would say that is a minor start to your list. :)

There is no better "program" for Business that TVM Solver - get used to it.
If you have not understood probability before, then I would say you should not use PRCHEAT at all for Further Maths. For Methods students, it might be of some, limited use in Further Maths matrices and rarely in data analysis questions. Even then, there are much easier ways of finding your solutions.

I agree TVM is good, but I don't know how much easier it gets (is PRCHEAT even considered complex... ?) than using what I said, but you're right - very limited use. But any saved time is a bonus in the exam.

This is not a CAS calculator. TI released two different types of N-spire's.
The first one is the one which you have given the link to. This is pretty much the same as the TI-84. It has no CAS capabilities whatsoever. It is backward compatible with the TI-84, hence why the buttons can be swapped over with 84 buttons (something that is purchased separately).

The second N-spire to be released was the TI-Nspire CAS. This is the cream calculator that is quite common to purchase nowadays; taking over from the TI-84 and TI-89. This DOES have CAS capabilities, hence why is has "CAS" in it's name. It has no backward compatibilities with any of the TI range.
