With the lead up to exams, what has everyone been memorising? Has anyone found something that's faster to memorise than it is to work out in the exam?

I've memorised some molar masses of stuff like iron, copper, chlorine, carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, chromium, sulfur, fluorine, lithium, sodium, potassium, magnesium, aluminium, calcium, gold, silver and lead.

Other than that, I work out everything I know. Like, with "oilrig", sure I have that acronym in my mind, but I just remember that reduction is reduction in oxidation number and I work out what oxidation numbers mean. Or, I work out why the cathode for a galvanic cell is positive but negative in an electrolytic cell.

I've memorised all of the atomic numbers in order. Now I just need to remember which atomic number goes with which element.

I haven't done so yet, but I think I'll be memorizing which compounds are insoluble. Ie. All metal hydroxies, except Na/K/Br-OH. I've also memorised/learnt to remember through practice the molar masses of glucose, salicylic acid, aspirin, etc.

+ all the ones listed above. (:

In addition to some of the stuff mentioned above, I've memorised Le Chatelier's principle and also the conditions required for a primary standard/standard solution/gravimetric analysis precipitate.
