How to write introductions for three articles?

Hmm, I find it hard to write an introduction for language analysis when there are more than two articles because I find it gets really repetitive and incoherent.

How would I go about it?

Does anyone have an example of a well flowing introduction for 3 articles?

Maybe if there are two articles in agreement then you introduce them together, just mentioning subtle differences like tones.

e.g.

...Brief sentence introducing the issue.....has received significant media attention in recent times........
Andrew Bolt's opinion piece entitled "Blah Blah Blah" appearing the Herald Sun 1/1/10 and Catherine Deveny's article headlined "Whatever" in the edition of The Age published on the same day contend that the State Government should be focusing more resources on reducing the city's escalating street violence.  Bolt, in a condescending tone argues that a lack of funding in recent years has deprived authorities of the resources which they need to effectively take control of the streets, whilst Deveny's article criticises the lack of responsibility taken by senior members of parliament against the issue.  Conversely....now discuss other article.

That's how I'd go about it.
