Need help on Neap 2010 trial exam =(

The worst exam. Some of the questions are so poorly written i think.
 Like you said before, the dilution one? was that meant to be a minimum dilute, coz i just randomly guess checked and put down 40 coz that gave a reasonable answer.

Also that bloody amino acid one was a jib. Spent like 10 minutes thinking there was some way to determine whether or not it could be lysine or arganine on the chromtography lol, then just wrote both down and got full marks for it. The isoeletric points threw me a fair bit though too. As you have all said though, full of questions (especially in MC) purposely set out to trick you eg. fatty acid one which i still have no clue about, indicator etc.

btw kyzoo and stone i thought that the -COOH are identical hydrogen enviroments..... but your answer looks pretty correct ot me also

Overall easily the hardest, most dog exam ive done got 65/75

Lisachem 2009 is also a dog exam =/ I just found the best trick multiple choice question in it.

the more you encounter these dog exams/questions the better.
Because its unlikely vcaa are going to throw you something really dodgy, and if  you can handle them now, should be fine some exam time

Gonna print off lisachem 09 tomorrow...Might do a physics exam beforehand to get me in a good mood.
