What you're used to and comfortable with. Especially since the exam is less than a week away, I would hate to learn how to use a calc instead of studying.

Thats dangerous for a chem exam.
My reccomendation - CASIO FX-82AU PLUS.
Fully Scientific, yet you can input fractions as actual fractions, not like - 2/3 or something.
But yeah - just use something you are familiar with.
Get a $2 calculator from Safeway - it wont make a big diff.

^^It's fine, I've checked, basically the only big advantage is the memory side, so I can have fast preprogrammed numbers (NA for example, I just use x and it inputs 6.02x10^23)

oh an yes mine does the fractions etc. as well, I am firly sure I've used the casio as well (not mine though) and it was pretty good.

When you're looking at scientific calculators there are really only two that most people use.

Thats the Casio fx-82AU or the TI-30XB

I personally use the TI, the store function is much more easier to handle using only two buttons that are next to each other

The main disadvantage is that the 'ans' requires the shift key for it to work. Extremely annoying when doing over 20 chem practice papers ;P But you soon get used to it and it becomes second nature

that's what I use too, i also hate that but what makes it worse is the distance between shift and ans
