Determine the number of double bonds in myrecene

How do you do the 'determine the number of double bonds in each molecule of myrcene' question 4 of the VCAA 2009 exam? The examiners report for this one makes no sense to me  :-[

Hello.

calculate the no. of mol of H2 - then calc the no. of mol of C10H22

find the ratio of n(H2)/n(C10H22)

start from 1 and count upwards..1..2..3

n(H2)/n(myrecene)
