if i had a sac score of 96%
dropped 3 marks in exam 1 and none in exam 2 what study score would i be looking at?

if 96% was rank one, i think you would have yourself something around 48

none in exam 2 is craaaazy, I'd say you'd get pretty close to (if not) 50.

First two exams were likely to only be worth 3.6% each, don't get too excited. In my classroom about 3 students got 100% on both tests, I got 90% and 88% and I didn't even do year 11 methods.

and yeah 96 was top of the cohort by a fair bit... like 8%

Oh my. This is way better than my performance in this subject and I did it in Year 11.

Ohh now it makes sense. I just mean that getting 96% on the first few SACS doesn't mean much. But yeah only dropping 5 marks on both end of year exams is pretty intense, and will probably give a >40 study score

I think you'd get a 49 or 50. I lost 2.5 marks on exam 2, which counts more towards the study score, none on exam 1 with a 97% on SACs. I think you'd look at a score around there because a loss of 3 marks on exam 1 would possibly count less than a loss of 2.5 on exam 1. But I'm confused, if you're expecting full marks on exam 2, why not on exam 1?

Then again a 96% on the first few SACs doesn't mean a lot; need to be consistent.
