why do my semester 1 units still show up on allocate+?

because the sort hasn't been done yet... it closes on July 8th and reopens July 13th..and then your new timetable will be generated

Just ignore your semester one units... you only need to worry about your semester two units.
All of my semester one units are still up as well.
