Lol we have very similar SACs.. Well im not sure if im fully right, so it's best to double check, but this is what i did.

For the project management plan, I used this table with the following fields/columns
Task no: 1
Task name/Description: E.g. Define the problem
Duration: e.g. 7 minutes
Resources required (e.g. MS Word): MS Word
Task Milestone: (I wrote yes for major completions such as the website and excel solution)
Dependant Task: ....


For data validation tests I used the following table with fields/columns:
Field: e.g. No. of siblings
Validation rule: e.g. whole number between 0 and 12
Error Message: e.g Input error, value must be between....
Method of test: e.g. insert test data
