next to high point shopping centre

I live further down than highpoint shopping centre, think closer to like caroline springs/st.albans and i can sympathise with the bitch that the 2 hour traveling time must be. If i don't get into my dream course (Medicine, looks less likely at this stage but im not upset) theres no way i would spend the 4 hours up and back to monash. Melbourne is a lot closer.

4 Hours is a lot of down time, the people who live near monash are lucky. We in the west get screwed over royaly when your talking in terms of travel time to uni... unless you want to go to VU but i dont think many people here would .

IDK if i could live at uni, i reckon id go crazy cause you'd never leave the place that much. Go to uni all day.. come home to more uni stuff... just don't like the idea of it and i hear its not cheap.

Back on topic though, i try to go to bed at 11am to get 8 hours sleep but that only happens vary rarely... usually more like 12-1am and i wake up at 7am. Except on Wednesdays i have double frees in the morning so i wake up like 930.

Kids need to toughen up. I used to live fairly close to Monash [half an hour drive], and I still managed to find an excuse and moved closer [10 minutes drive now, and still not go to uni, sigh].

Could always rent an apartment but that'll cost too much. Hey Mao and TrueTears do you have part time jobs as well or you guys just concentrating on studies?

sounds like a solid income to rent out an apartment

You could also share a place with a bunch of mates. Rent like a house... it cant be more than what like 300-400 a week for a 3 or 4 bedroom place, if you split it between you won't be that bad. Unless you have to pay for utilities then it might get costly. (me and my mates considered this for a while but the utilities thing stopped us)

takes very long, 2 hrs by public transport, and 1 and a half hours by car. So yeah, thats another reason too, sometimes theres a random lecture for a maths subject on tuesday for 60 mins, which means itd take me 4 hours travelling time just for 1 lecture which wouldnt even help me very much, so its definitely not worth going to. the only reason im going to monash is coz i have a scholarship and i get to do commerce too, or else id be at melbourne~

This.

I have been absolutely fked over this semester... I only have ten contact hours a week, right?
Alloclash has given me FOUR days this semester... two of those days have only a single hour-long class.

I'm going to have to try and get them manually swapped by coordinators... demand for my preferred days was about 300%, so it's gonna be futile stalking Alloclash waiting to see if someone switches... -.-"

Sleeping patterns... lol... there are no patterns to my sleep.

I had to look up in my slang book what 'go to bed' meant to make sure.. since it's so unfamiliar these days.
