I don't think it's contemporary, so that might be why you don't know it.

does anyone know the actual changes that Chiang Kai-shek (don't know how to spell his name properly) made during the Nationalist decade. he reintroduced several confucian policies and 96-rules about social behaviour. but I don't know the point, historians don't really seem to agree on one point
