For the advantages, you need to elaborate HOW it helps too, not just what is it :) (That's if there's enough for the word limit~)

Yeah obviously; it's just a normal persuasive essay. The 3 points I just listed would just be your 3 main advantages; your 3 topic sentences.

End with a conclusion that says, 所以，凭以上所叙述的事件，压力的利多于弊。

And that ya li is brought by much competitiveness, which helps to improve society and community as a whole.
Then you can bring in a little about time management skills, planning and organisation skills, how stress can help you improve these skills to cope with (school) life. Hope this helps~
