Find algebraic expression for cosech(arctanhx) ?

Hi Guys,

Trying to solve a question here. Anyone have any tips for solving, or any points of what I should do?

I have done this:

let y = arctanh, thus x = tanh(y)

but I'm not sure what to do next, I have an example for cosh(arctanh(x)) but for some reason I cannot piece together the similarities between the two and I can't work out the one I need to.

Any help?

use your example to find sinh(arctanh(x)), cosech(z) = 1/sinh(z)
