Last Saturday, I sent off an email to someone @ FIT Clayton bitching about how the PASS ( Peer Assisted Study Session) FIT1002 times were screwed up,
and suggested an alternative time ( Thu 12-1pm ).

And then this morning, the lecturer announced that they were making a new PASS session, at Thu 12-1pm! Hahahaha how cool is that - someone up there actually reads messages that we send!

Doubt stuff like this happens at Melbourne, esp. for first years  :D

At UoM, it depends on which faculty you're from.  From all the times I've dealt with them, the Eastern Precinct have been exceptional.  I've had to deal with the Commerce Students Centre a couple of times and they've been pretty good despite me openly saying that I'm a science student.   Arts on the other hand, is an entirely different story altogether unfortunately.
