cartesian equation convert to vector

Hello... just wandering if it is possible for our CAS to convert cartesian equation  to vector?

I don't think you can on the TI-89, but you can certainly sketch vector equations.
PhD @ MIT (Economics).

Interested in asset pricing, econometrics, and social choice theory.
