Is it worth doing 2 arts?

I am in year 10 now, almost year 11. I was thinking of doing viscom and studio arts, but people say it would be very difficult.

Does anyone know how much more difficult it would be? I am an aspiring graphics designer.

My other subjects are english(normal),methods,physics.

if you want to go into something arty like graphics design, definitely do two. my friends doing 4 as she wants to go into fashion and it's definitely going to help her chances, for those courses for folio matters more than ENTER and two really isn't THAT much.
go for it. and work consistently.
