Essay writing?! :S

Heyyy, I'm in year 11 this year and thinking of taking International Studies 3&4 next year but the thing is I wouldn't have completed 1&2 because I.S 1&2 clashes with another subject of mine this year. I'm really worried that i won't be able to cope next year with the essays and stuff and was just hoping someone here would have like tips or past/sample essays from when they did International Studies, just as a guide as to how to go about writing an I.S. essay, because I honestly have no clue! I've looked everywhere on the net but couldn't find anything Any help would be appreciated and Thanks in advance

you dont need 1&2 to do 3&4 so stop stressing.

I did Unit 1, although not unit 2 and am now doing the 3/4.

In my experience there was no essay writing, not even extended pieces of writing in unit 1. I'm not so sure about unit 2?

seriously, i did just 3 and 4. if you can write in your english class, then you can write in this subject. the essays arent too bad, and its all facts on what happened and what the outcomes of each situation was and who was involved.

you dont need to tell the story of what happened in essays, its all about being critical and unbiased towards both parties.

I never even knew about 1/2.
Just went straight to 3/4 and it works perfectly without 1/2, its a good stand alone subject
