Study design bill of rights?

I've got a quetion: does it say in the study design that we need to know anything about a bill of rights? I can't find it anywhere, but all my textbooks talk about it, and I think we might have even covered it in class.

according to pretty much every past VCAA exam you will have to know how rights are protected in australia, and be able to compare this to another country listed in the study design (canada, USA, south africa, New Zealand). australia doesn't have a bill of rights, but I believe all the other countries in the study design do. you should know what a bill of rights is though

Cool... so we just needa know about it in the context of how it opperates in the country we chose... the textbook we're using has so much extra info, like the pros and cons of a bill of rights and stuff. Thanks Spreadbury.

You said you were doing Canada yeah??
Well all I know is that they have an entrenched Bill of rights (attached to their constitution)
and it lists their rights...
I think thats all you need to know

I would check the 2006/ 2008 assessors reports from VCAA, there was a similar question in both exams, one of which you had to be able to compare 5 aspects of each system

5 aspects? Entrenched rights, implied rights and referendum; what else?
