Is Nelson P E 3+4 a better textbook than Live it up?

Yes I think so. I found that using Live It Up put me in a bad mindset. Live It Up uses poor terminology and seems to stray from the study design more. There are some useful areas not covered in Nelson though such as a section regarding the myostatic stretch reflex.

Live it up is just slabs of writing where as Nelson is more concise. Its also written by Malpelli. Do you think i should use this?

haha, you mean they are both just full of slabs of information... wish there was a better textbook, although I'm going to stick with Nelson.
