If you are referring to the bound reference he also had everyone sign not to distribute it on entry

don't be cheap, mate. it's a great book (and yes, i did pay for it) and the fact you want it means that its worth something. the least u culd do is get it legitimately....

Ok. Are you Michael Evans, Kay Lipson, Peter Jones or Sue Avery? As watchman cleverly pointed out, I said "compared" to. If it weren't for Derrick's book I would've thought essentials was the best methods thing out there, but now I'm in a state of disillusionment haha.
