Globalisation is a situation where countries and organisations across the world are more closely connected than ever due to the advancements in technology and communication between countries. E.g. Large scale organisations such as Nokia, IBM, ANZ Bank have been better able to run their organisations due to the continuous improvements in communicational technology, thus allowing them to conduct international meetings, increase productivity and efficiency within the workplace by allowing work to be submitted at a high quality as quick as possible and being able to communicate significant information within a matter of seconds
That's all you need.
But then again, Globalisation is not our significant change issue, so it doesn't need to be huge. you just need to know a couple of key terms and then improvise.
In relation to communism, I'm not sure that is relevant to Business Management in general, maybe History, but unless it affects the business activity of an organisation in your example, I wouldn't include it.
