What are the best PE revision lectures everyone recommends/thinks?

i was really, really lucky, my school booked him to come and give us a lecture for three hours at the school and the costs were covered for us and everything  =)

that's exactly what i was wondering, i don't really know how many lectures would be running full stop now anyway.
