South Australia is located at the end of the system, and is most dependent of the basin states on the waters of the Murray. It is the most water-stressed state in the Besin, even thought it is garanendteed supplies by the upstream states. South Australians may feel that they are at the mercy of the upper States in term of the quality and quantity of the water they receive. THere is a need to ensure that there is is equuitable access to water to all residents of the Basin, blahblahblah yeah just took that from the book, so i don't fully understand it.
