How do I go to Jack's??

I know this is kind of a silly question but I was wondering how do I go to this Jack in Springvale??
Because i need a cheap methods tutor to go tru the course  :), dont really care about class size.
I tried asking my friends at school, but no one knew what I was talking about??
Does anyone have his number or know how to go about getting a place in his class and how to check when they are???

why dont you arrange something with him... take a train to springvale station and then he picks u up from there?
