How easy is it to get into Monash Enhancement?
werdna:
Anyone know if competition for this program is at all fierce? How easy is it to get in?
And do they look at your 3+4 subject results? (Not for the prerequisite subject)

Just maintain an A/A+ average across your subjects, and if you did a 3/4 that was not a prerequesite then they just count it along with your average, so try and get 40+ to give you a boost on getting in since they see you can get all A's and then a 40+. Although, if your report shows you are getting A/A+s in your 3/4 along with your 1/2s then it should be fine even if you got much lower than 40.
I had a pretty low English score, and then A/A+ average for 4 subjects (did accounting also and did horrible too since i never went to class), getting 44 in psych and got in. Though i probably would have gotten in anyway even if i didn't get my 3/4 score since my grades on my reports had been good in a few subjects.
I'm sure you can get in (considering your aiming for 98+)!

very easy to get in, just apply, you seem plenty capable.

my school's a bit iffy with reporting, they have a L~VH scale with criteria such as "class participation", "listening to others" etc then on our online school accounts there's a report where they show EVERY letter grade mark on all of your assessments.
I'm thinking of attaching that to my report to show off my A+'s in Japanese but im feeling a bit paranoid with my one-off C's and my 2 UG's (undergraded aka fail) :\ Would Monash care about having a few crappy marks? :\
m@tty:
No. Well, in my experience they don't.

What are you thinking of applying for?
