In regards to Assessment test norms.
(1/1)
sillysmile:
aight, so here's my question: do we need to know the norms of the different assessment tests for the fitness components?
thanks.
hellas_1821:
its pretty hard to ask do u need to know a certain topic.
it wouldnt be bad to learn them
questions asking how can coaches test the agility of a point guard in basketball, will obviously require you to know some agility tests such as semo agility and illinois agility test
Vadnal:
He's referring to a question that asks something like which is the best result for a teenage athlete.
x.x beep test
x sit and reach
x phosphate recovery test
x vertical jump test
flash36:
Yeah I've learnt 2 tests for each component with good and poor scores for females and males for both. It isn't hard to remember; eg the sit up test and push up test for LME, Illonois and Semo for agility etc
vexx:
Just remember the averages for each of the main tests, and then its pretty easy to know what is considered good and bad for it.
