From all the vcaa exams I have done, it seems to be every second year there is a hard exam..

For e.g.

2006 (Hard exam, low average)
2007 (Easy exam, high average)
2008 (Very hard exam, low average)
2009 (Easy exam, low average)
2010 (Brutal)

The things that a certain someone does at school:
-Steals peoples Accounting Checkpoints, cuts out the notes and returns the book minus the notes.
-Steals teacher resources which are intended for the whole class.
-Steals peoples Accounting notes that they write in class.
-Gets trial exams off VCEnotes before doing them at school so he boast about his 'intelligence'.
-Tells people that a revision lecture is fully booked out when it is not.
-Claims that friends give him notes and summaries which have actually been downloaded off VCEnotes.

^ i doubt it would be hard..
just do checkpoints (im going to start this soon) and if you master all questions then it should be an easy exam - from what i've been told.

matrices - i hardly think there will be a hard section for it, never came across a remotely challenging question on matrices before :p first for everything perhaps?

2006 was a way easier then 2007
2008 was a hard exam

Which checkpoints? that book you buy?

Yeah matricies shouldn't be to hard, my teacher said every year they try and make it really hard because it is so easy the average is always way highter then all the other modules. But yeh can't really see it being any different from all the other years

I found 2007 like incredibly easy, the short answer especially.. the core of the multiple choice was quite hard..but all the other modules were piss easy.

but 2006 not as much, perhaps it was because it was one of my first practices done though..

robbey- yeah the checkpoints further maths book for 2010. i will get it this week!! perhaps all do the same..

Sweet where do you pick up these checkpoint books anyways? Borders? Are they worth buying?

lol i know checkpoints is rubbish, rather jus print em out of their websyt... 2008 exam was a killer, i scored 79/100 in it..

this years exam .. either too easy or too hard.. :)
