Dude I got a 17.5 and an 18 last year and I have a 46.

Serious? :o That is amazing.

I thought it was much more competitive . . .

Your moderated SAC mark must have been incredible, from what I understand.

And yeah, thanks for the confidence boost ;D

I was the top of my class for all my SACZZZZZ and like, there were 15 people in my class and 10 of them got over 43.  One got a 50.
So it might be a biased pool.

Note that my prediction (17 and17=42ish) is assuming above average, but not amazing SAC marks.  17.5/18 and 46 sounds about right assuming you have near-perfect SAC marks (which mavis should, since she had a strong cohort and good SACs).  I know of one instance where someone with perfect SACs, and someone with very high SACs got the same exam mark, and one got 47 and the other 45ish (score was 17 and 20).  :3

Assuming high ranking in strong cohort...
Essay 1       Essay 2        Study Score
20              20               50
20              19               49
19              19               48
18              19               47
18              18               46
17              18               45
17              17               42-44
17              16               40-42

ok you get the point....i could be completley wrong though.

I am aiming for 37 for lit
with my sac scores
71/100   87/100

what kind of score would I need on my exam (both out of 20) to achieve this?

thankyou :)

Also does the fact that there are only three people good at lit (me being the third) in my class out of 17 mean my marks will go downnnn?

First time ever!
The year before like two people got over 40 (max was like 42 I think) and one of my friends got a 25.
SHE IS NOT INEPT.
Just bad teaching - our class committed to teaching ourselves after that, and so we did.
We went to other teachers for help, we organised to go to VATE lectures etc, we shared interpretations and went beyond what our bat of a teacher wanted us to do.
