Q11 is easy, just use normal trig.

Q10/12, you don't need to do them as we don't know how to work out the angle of deviation from the book. (That's what my teacher said anyways)

You aren't working out the angle of refraction/critical angle in 10/12 as T.I.R. occurs as n1 > n2.
