VCAA 07 Exam 2 Matrices

VCAA 07 Exam 2 Matrices (Module 6) question 2civ . How come the answer is 7 weeks, and not 8 weeks? Cos when I put in 7 weeks, it gives the number for Eggs as .65536, doesn't this round to 1 so you take it as 1 in a transition matrix situation? so you'd have to go to 8 weeks? Confused. Thanks in advance
