Theres a girl in my class who has received perfect marks in both sacs 67/67. Now i know i will get a better mark on the mid year exam then her, i expect to get A+, i think she will get around a B
That's a ridiculously arrogant statement to make. I have my money on her getting a better score then you on the exam.
erm, he didnt say WHY he make that claim, and until he does (and they might be good reasons, but i dont want to bet on that), you are actually being the ridiculously arrogant one.
Actually he did say why.
because she will not study for the mid year.
And that is ridiculous to say because how would he know that and how would he be able to ascertain that someone who has not lost a mark on sacs all year will get a B on the mid-year while he will get an A+.
You have failed to prove to me in any way how I have been arrogant.
simply:
you do not know WHY he says she will not study, and you dont know her nor him nor that class nor the teacher, so to assume that Clinton_09 is wrong in that claim, and then point finger at him for being arrogant, is itself a claim with no justification. If that is the basis that you think Clinton_09 is making his claim upon, and hence he is arrogant, you are not any less.
and I trust Clinton_09, who does know her, himself, the class and the teacher, would have some reasoning as to why she might not achieve an A+. That, compared to your claim, which I think has little basis other than "you are arrogant because you say something like that", is slightly more reasonable and logical.
with that said, i am not saying clinton_09 is right
clinton_09:
try the best you can, but she does have the potential to beat you. someone who aces SACs sure has abilities, and will most probably get a reasonable exam mark,
but with that said, I aced all my IT sacs and only B+'d the exam, go figure.
regardless of either case, do your best, because thats the best you can do =)
