confusion
clinton_09:
Alrighty, im doing accounting this year i have had 2 sacs my marks totaling so far 62/67. Theres a girl in my class who has received perfect marks in both sacs 67/67. Now i know i will get a better mark on the mid year exam then her, i expect to get A+, i think she will get around a B because she will not study for the mid year. Here comes my question if she retains number 1 ranking and i get A+ on the mid year and she gets a B, does this mean she will get the A+ and i will get B? :-\
Surely this cannot be right (it better not be right)

That's a ridiculously arrogant statement to make. I have my money on her getting a better score then you on the exam.
Mao:
if she maintains her SAC ranking (first), then for the end of year, her GA1 will take your exam mark, which you have said will be A+
your SAC marks though, will take the your appropriate ranking, i.e. if her exam result is the next one down, your GA1 will be around the average of her exam results
the principle is, if your performance is less than a B student throughout the year in class, then the mark awarded to you for the year's class performance should not be more than a B.
so, best route to go: beat her in the SACs

erm, he didnt say WHY he make that claim, and until he does (and they might be good reasons, but i dont want to bet on that), you are actually being the ridiculously arrogant one.

u don't go to my school and you r not in my accounting class. If u were u would realise they didn't know the mid year exam counted until the other day. Yes that girl is very good at accounting (in the sac's) but u do not know her, i do and more importantly i know i will get a better mark for the same reason i stated in my earlier post she will not study and put in the effort to acquire an A+. If she does congratulations to her, but i know she will not. I have rigourously started preparing and extremely confident i will get a better result. Now could some one please tell me what would happen in my first post. Thankyou
