I completely forgot how to do tangent to circle questions :P

I used to know this, but now I can't find it in my notes anywhere. Can anybody help out?  :)

Angle to the circle just implies that

Urgh, how do you do this? ><
I tried resolving the interior angles, but ended up angle BCD being 90-alpha, where alpha is the angle between ODC.
I can't find that.
