it's like gst...10 per cent hasn't been added but not included on how much gst is there?
i always get those questions wrong haha coz i just do number/100 or something

Trying to make sense out of your mumbo jumbo is difficult lol.
I think you just have to divide the cost price by 10 and add that onto the cost.
E.g.
Machine costs $400, GST not included.
Actual Cost (with GST) = 400 + 400/10
                                  = $440

To calculate GST when it is already included, divide the price by 11.
E.g.
Machine costs $576, GST included
GST = 576/11
       = $52.36

dunno what you mean, so:

pre GST price (if it's already been added and you want to find the price before it was added)
sale price / 1.1

the gst amount
(1 / 11) x by sale price
