What do you reckon they'll come up with this year?

What kind of questions do you think they'll throw at us?

I reckon there might be a SA on how working memory integrates from both phonological loop & visuospatial sketchpad

last year like 75% of people got the UCS and CR wrong - that grape one where you had to say "sight of grape" not just " grapes"
maybe they'll put something like that in again, so we must be very specific :)

55% of people also got 0 marks on the SA question on Positive transfer of skill :S
Also 85% of people got 0 for What does the level of significance <0.05 mean?

Actually, many appeared to have misinterpreted it as "What does p<0.05 mean?" as opposed to "What does a level of significance of 0.05 mean?"

There was no less than sign in the question but lots of people interpreted it that way. :P

they mean the same thing?
though that could mean people said it means less than 5 in every 100 is due to chance and then forgot to state whether that meant results were significant or not

2010  ATAR : 91.45 , Bio , Chem , Methods , Psychology , English
Completed VCE at the age of 16.
2011 : Bachelor of pharmacy
2012 : Hopefully med? " crosses fingers"

I'm wondering about this too. :/
If there really was such a question I'd probably struggle a little.. I don't think I'm so good at explaining working memory.

Sameee... I vaguely remember a question like this and then reading the answer..I've forgotten now.

i hope they dont ask about stratified sampling... explaining independent groups design is much easier

to be honest I'm not really sure what would be a good answer. I think the one I read somewhere was something to do with reading.
I remember doing a question like that and I bullshitted something way too long but got the marks - but I can't remember what I wrote :\

I hope they ask us to write an abstract - not haha but imagine if they did ask something like that. I hate vcaa

Just imagine opening the paper in reading time, flicking through the short answer questions. "Which schedule of reinforcement is the most resistant to extinction." - 20 marks.
