Why is learning considered to be a hypothetical construct?

As it cannot be directly observed or measured. Only inferences can be made on the occurrence of it.

Basically, you can't actually SEE it happen.

check the study design PDF - simply ctrl+F 'hypothetical' and see if it's on there.

but, i'd say it is allowed to be asked (probably in the form of a MC), but it's improbable.

hmm, if anything i think it will be a question like:

The process of learning is referred to as a hypothetical construct because:
A - it involves a relatively permanent change in behaviour
B - is a result of experience
C - it cannot be directly observed or measured
D - all of the above.

also, 60!
i've done 20, and i thought THAT was good, ha!
