This question says "A particular lead acid battery delivers a current of 3.5A for 2 minutes at a potential difference of 12V"

What amount in mole of PbO2 will be used up within the whole battery of six cells?

Given the equations and

If I use the information given to find the mole of electrons and then PbO2, is the information provided used to calculate 6 cells already since its all 6 cells that produce that current?

12v indicates the cells are in series, thus the current run through each of the six cells, consider this to have six separate cells each with 3.5A
